however

i am an atheist in as far as i do not believe in an omnipresent super human being? Yet I know, there are forces at work. for I have seen them.
I believe part of learning to control, bring these visions on? is learning how to control them within myself. does that make sense?

Yes Marcia that makes perfect sense. They come from within so to learn to control them the same must be done but it's done thru practice, meditation, shielding, filtering, all done from within for the most part anyways.

That makes sense. I have recently found that my being open to them, open to receiving them and recognizing them for what they are, they have increased in quantity.
