About Me

I can only describe myself as having a warrior's heart; a soul from centuries ago that tries to conform to today's rules; my head is a world where, if you can imagine, Care Bears meet Hell. My soul is deeply in tune, and is the driving force that guides me through life. I feel like I am forced to live behind a smoke screen to save others from seeing who I really am; and to save myself from a world that cannot understand what they might see.I despise weakness, excuses, injustice, hypocrisy, stubborn ignorance, disloyalty, and dishonesty...which means that I find disappointment with the majority of the general public. To many, I may appear unhappy or discontent with life. While this is not entirely untrue, I am actually quite happy, though my reasons do not parallel with a popular view of what defines happiness. I enjoy the aspects of this life that Heaven's angels cannot. My seemingly unhappy demeanor is only an expression of the hardships that life has offered me; but those who know me are aware of my true nature.

Interests

Percussions-something I just picked up over the last two years without any prior experience. I am an avid reader-mainly on topics of history, theology, philosophy, and whatever topics I am researching at the time.

Favorite Music:

I cannot breathe without it! I listen to a lot of classic and modern composers, alternative, country, and have recently gained interest in the up-and-coming artists from New Zealand, Finland, and the UK.

I do not watch a lot of television.

Favorite Books

I am currently reading Paradise Lost by John Milton; and getting reacquainted with other classics that are on my shelves. I am a writer that is working on a book, and using some of my reading for character development for the main characters.
