About Me

Hello, I am the Rev. Ronald French. Since the age of 8, I have been interested in all things religious. Being raised as a Catholic, I never felt like I belonged to a faith I was born into. While living about 45 min away from Salem Massachusetts, Home of the Salem Witch Trials, I had the opportunity to learn what the tragic consequences of religious intolerance can be.
From that point, my understanding of religious intolerance had started. I sought to create a safe haven, where all could worship their God as they chose freely, without fear of persecution from others. It is my goal to provide a place for all to worship their God whoever, whatever and however they believe.
After all it is your relationship with God that counts.
After much research, I personally chose my own path to enlightenment and have stayed with it for the past 25 years. Although I do not believe in a singularity I am blessed to see and experience the vastness of other belief systems throughout the world.
Though ordained with the universal faith system, I felt it was time for a Coexist church from the ground up. I have appointed my board members and their faiths are as diverse as one can get to include their geographic locations.
It is not how one receives their title, it is what they do with it that makes their title count even if
self appointed or through liberal ordination.
I am working on creating a church for churches and a place for faiths.
I filed my nonprofit corporation in Sept. 09 2009 and soon following with 501c (3) application.

The Sanctuary Chapel is a Multipath church. It takes a congregation to make a church but in some cases due to dogma or mores' some churches are underground with fear of mainstream scrutiny, ignorance, & intolerance. Sanctuary Chapel is open to all with the emphasis of minority religions.

We will be seeking out various methods to generate funds to purchase Land and hire a builder to build a multi dome structure.

Sanctuary Chapel is more than a church!

Our Goals:

1. classrooms for home schooled students

2. classrooms for secondary education

3. Gym for better health

4. Reception/ kitchen area for weddings

5. Break out rooms (small meeting rooms)

6. Several Chapels to accommodate various churches groups

7. Main meeting hall (the Sanctuary and Shelter)

8. Library / computer center

9. chapels for minority faiths.

Unlike other physical structures Sanctuary Chapel embraces the Dome design of Buckminster Fuller, Gene Hopster, Michael Busick, and David South. The founding location for Sanctuary Chapel is in SW Florida and what better way to have a building that is Cat 3 tornado & Cat 5 Hurricane resistant which makes Sanctuary Chapel a most suitable shelter for its members.
